Here's How:
- Click on Submit a Secure Document
- A new secure Window will open (bpabenefits.app.box.com)
- Select your file/document
- Enter a Description and your email address
- Click Upload
Forms and documentation are reviewed in the order they are received. Please allow 7-10 business days for the completion of the verification process or account updates once you have submitted all required documentation.
